My name is Kayla. My life has been destroyed from a little pill my doctor prescribed me almost 5 years ago called oxycontin. That on top of type 1 diabetes has taken everything away from me. Although I suffer from a back condition that causes much pain, the pill has caused even more. I had to stop working, got my car repossessed, lost all my money, starting doing poorly in school, and basically lived on my mom's couch for the past 2 to 3 years. It's hard to speak about this not only because it's embarassing, but because most people either abuse oxycontin or are completely against it's use. It' s a very strong pain medication and has personally caused much damage in my life.
